How to order with The Africa Shop.com Gift wrapped to go All our products come beautifully wrapped so as to be given as gifts at at any time. Delivery Orders are despatched Monday-Friday using Parcelforce. Once your order is sent out, we will email you a tracking reference so that you can make sure there is somebody there to sign for the delivery. EXPRESS UK DELIVERY For urgent orders, we offer an Express UK Delivery service within the UK mainland. Orders placed before 6pm Sunday to Thursday will be despatched the following day via Parcelforce24. We charge an Express Delivery Supplement of £4 in addition to the normal delivery charge. OVERSEAS DELIVERY We are able to send most items overseas, the cost of which will depend on the weight of your delivery. If your order is being delivered to an address outside of the UK mainland, you will be charged £30 delivery at the time of placing your order. We will then calculate the exact delivery charge, and refund any overpaid postage to your payment card. Payment PRICES Prices are in £ and include VAT and shipping to any address within the UK. We reserve the right to change prices. SECURE PAYMENT We work with Paypal, the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the UK. We accept the following cards: We do not store credit card details on our website. Instead, once you click PURCHASE, after completing your order details, you will be transferred to the secure VeriSign SSL certified PROTX site, where you enter your payment details. Please ensure that your billing address matches the address at which your payment card is registered. Returns We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and photographs. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, simply return the item to us unused and in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. We will then either exchange it or refund the value of the goods to your original payment card.
